I was advised to take this as I have problems getting to sleep.

I have to say they work really well.

Wooow, it really did a good job. I had a gout attack and it took 48 h to get my prescribed medication from pharmacy. I tried these cherry capsules as an alternative to cherry juice, which I use for the control of gout. I didn't know that cherry capsules were available previously.

I’m not actually very good at swallowing capsules, but in comparison to some these are quite small and I had no problem swallowing them. I don’t know what would happen chewing them, but there’s no discernible flavour or aftertaste when you simply swallow the capsule.

If you are afflicted with bouts of gout, then drinking lots of fluid (not beer or spirits, obviously) can usually dilute the crystals lodging in your toe or wherever and flush them out. Cherries or cherry juice also helps with this. I’m hoping these cherry capsules will do the same and will save having to rush out and buy cartons of the juice. Avoiding certain foods also helps in preventing gout.

There are 180 capsules in the jar and they are, apparently, made in the UK. The jar is fully tamperproof sealed as you would expect.

So, after trying the first one, I’m not going by the recommended dose but using these as I would a carton of cherry juice, taking a few once every week or two, just to keep things at bay.

I have been taking cherry juice for a few years now. I have or I should say had gout in my knee a few years ago. My wife did a bit of research and found that a lot of people found cheery juice as a natural remedy. I tried it and it worked for me. Issue is when away from home, liquid isn't a option.

Only time will tell but I've started to take these in place of the liquid. Ingredients on the bottle are listed as purely natural components.

Negative is the bottle top is not a child proof cap. Its not that these will harm but its nice to have them secured away so they are not mistaken for cherry sweet.

Value for money and highly effective. These are probably the best in the market for size, Milligrams per capsule and cost. If you’re in need of Cherry supplements for any reason, these should be your first port of call. As someone I know would say…. These are “Big Inna De Game!”

I would say my sleep has improved, which could be a consequence of not being woken so often by painful legs. I'm also starting to think that my memory is quicker, more accurate. Very good value in monetary terms when compared with even the cheapest OTC antiinflamatories, which aren't supposed to be for long term use anyway. A reassuringly big bottle of 6months supply will take a permanent place on my shelf. I am a very new gout sufferer and could not believe the pain. Big toe, and I was convinced it was broken. I am very skeptical but tried these cleanse tablets. A few days and a noticeable difference, but it's hard to tell if the gout had run its course and taking the cleanse tablets was a coincidence. Either way, my toe does feel less painful and I can walk a lot better. I would definitely give them a go.

I take two of these everyday with my allopurinol and they have cut the amount of gout flare ups I have to practically nothing.

I have only one kidney and my gout isn't diet related, I've had it since my teens, but if you're not drinking enough water, it's always going to take hold.

Remember your water. It's the single biggest preventive of gout flare ups.

Recommended by a friend to ease joint problems. Now less pain in joints.

I am half way through using these and I am not convinced they are anything but a placebo. I personally have not noticed any difference and think water is just as good at keeping a gout attack at bay.
